Role DescriptionThis is a full time, in office, position for a Customer Service Specialist that is career oriented. You will be responsible for the day to day care of our existing clients, with daily tasks to include policy changes, billing inquiries, coverage reviews, and claims handling, all while working to create a great overall customer experience.
