Wilder Elementary is seeking an assistant principal with demonstrated effective instructional leadership skills that positively impact and support student achievement and enhance teacher capacity. The assistant principal is expected to develop, foster and guide a safe, caring and collaborative school community that includes all stakeholders.

• Masters degree required.
• Hold or be qualified to hold a Colorado principal or administrative license.
• Minimum of five years experience in teaching and/or school administration.
• Dean or Assistant Principal experience preferred but not required

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $85,655 to $104,185

WORK YEAR: 214 contract days
