Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions, dedicated to connecting educators, therapists, and school health professionals with meaningful opportunities at top-tier schools across the nation. We're partnering with an exceptional school district in Arapahoe County, CO searching for a School Psychologist for the upcoming 25-26 school year.

In this role, you will provide a range of essential psychological services to support the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary school students. This role involves working closely with students, families, teachers, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Location: In-person only (no hybrid/remote options available)
  • Start Date: August 7th, 2025
  • End Date: May 29th, 2026
  • Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Grade Levels: Elementary, K-5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students' mental health and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Offer consultation and training to staff on strategies to enhance student well-being and learning.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students with special needs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and mental health services.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • School Psychology license in the state of Colorado.
  • Experience working with elementary school students in an academic setting.
