What You'll Do:

As a Math Tutor, you'll create a fun, engaging learning environment while working with up to four students at a time in our after-school program. Using the Mathnasium Method, you'll help students build confidence, master concepts, and develop a genuine love for math.

* Deliver personalized math instruction for students (Kindergarten through Algebra), with opportunities to specialize as a Geometry, or Calculus Tutor

* Track and document student progress to ensure personalized learning outcomes

* Become proficient with Mathnasium's proven curriculum and methodology through our comprehensive paid training program

* Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

You'll Be A Great Fit If You:

* Have strong math skills through at least Algebra I (Algebra II, Geometry or Calculus are a plus)

* Are an excellent communicator who connects well with students

* Are eager to learn, grow, and bring positive energy to every session

* Can work at least two weekday afternoons (3-4 hours each) for after-school tutoring, with the option of a 3-hour shift on Saturday mornings

No tutoring experience? No problem - we provide paid training to help you succeed.

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
