We are looking for a strong candidate that has excellent knowledge of PBIS and Restorative Practices.
Responsibilities- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with colleagues, students, and parents
- Desire and ability to function as a team member
- Ability to work with students in whole class and small group settings
- Knowledge of effective behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of running effective counseling groups
- Case management
- Crisis intervention
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Minimum of 60 graduate semester hours for the preparation of school psychologist, counselor or social worker
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Colorado Department of Education License
- Hold appropriate endorsement(s) as school psychologist, social worker, or counselor
- Successful completion of internship in school psychology, social work or counseling
- Previous teaching experience in subject area and/or level desirable
Salary determined by placement on Licensed Salary Schedule according to education and experience.

While you may look up your estimated salary on the linked salary schedule, updates for the 2026‑2027 school year are contingent upon negotiated increases that are approved by the LPS Board of Education in the summer season. Additionally, know that these salary values are based on a 1.0 FTE working 187 contract days.
