Catholic Nursery​/PKCaregiver

Position Overview

We are seeking a part‑time Nursery/PK2 Caregiver to care for young children in a classical and Catholic room for the  academic year for 14 hours per week at our center near Denver in Highlands Ranch, CO. You do not need a teaching certification nor formal teaching experience to apply. We will teach you everything you need to know.

• Provide childcare and nursery support for young children in a classical, Catholic classroom setting.
• Assist with classroom activities, supervision, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
• Attend one day of mandatory training on August 6 or 7, 2026 (8am-5pm).
• Support classroom instruction and management according to RCA standards.
• Serve childcare during the academic year from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

• Good communication skills, strong organization, and timeliness.
• Traditional view of the student/teacher relationship and daily living of the Catholic faith, having received all appropriate sacraments.
• Experience working with babies or young children, ministry in a Catholic parish, teaching Religious Education or Catechism, teaching own children, or teaching in a classical or private school (not required).
• Ability to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Completed background check and training (all staff complete background check and training).
• No teaching certification required.

• Hours are 8:30 am-3:30 pm during the academic year.
