The Engineering Aide provides essential support to engineers in projects by assisting with technical tasks, data collection, and project coordination. This role involves working closely with engineers to ensure smooth operations within the engineering department and to facilitate the completion of engineering projects. The Engineering Aide performs a variety of administrative and technical duties to support engineering teams.

• Associates Degree in a STEM related field, related work experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time – work will be performed onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work Schedules:
  Lockheed Martin supports various alternate schedules for flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules with additional time off. PTO benefits apply.
• Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
• Pay Rate:
  The annual base salary range for this position varies by location. General guideline provided; offer factors include scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market considerations.
