As a Requirements & Verification Systems Engineer, Senior you will support the FBM Missile Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Team. This team is working on a new classified development program for the Trident II ballistic missile (commonly known as the D5LE and D5LE2 missile) where we will oversee early requirement development, design, verification, and implementation. We work with program management, co-contractors, internal/external stakeholders, and our customer to deliver mission critical needs for the FBM system.

In this role you will:
• Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly.

• Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests.

• Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation.

• Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews.

• Assist in managing R&V program schedule, tasking, and budget

Basic Qualifications:

• Engineering Experience (One or more of the following: Requirements, Verification, Modeling, Verification Plans, Design Compliance)

• Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Desired

Skills:

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree

Communication Skills (Coordination/Reporting with internal/external stakeholders)

• DOORS Experience

• Systems Modeling:
SysML, modeling tools

• Familiar with RF subsystems (i.e antenna) and capable of assessing RF performance against system specifications

• Development program experience

• Systems Architecture

• Schedule/Budget management experience
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
