• Experience leading small to medium sized teams
• Related experience in production/manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral, written communication, organization
• Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail oriented, strong job closure and analytical skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and documentation
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• SAP/VE-CAMS Experience
• Experience navigating hardware delays, coordination with QA engineering, MFG engineering and PMP engineering
• Previous ATLO, MFG, or MFG Test experience
• Root cause analysis experience or training

Annual base salary $73,800 - $130,180 (state and location dependent)

None (security clearance required for eligible candidates)
