Description
The Theater Strike Weapon Systems (TSWS) Production Program is searching for talented members to join the team. TSWS Production is responsible for producing end‑item products for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program. The CPS team seeks a Project Engineer‑Associate Manager to contribute to the hypersonic program that could transform U.S. deterrence and response.
Additional roles include a Control Account Manager (CAM) and a Project Liaison who will develop the hypersonic program and manage the cost, schedule and technical performance for each assigned Control Account within the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Organization.
Responsibilities- Lead personnel management, planning, budgeting, and manage the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account.
- Manage earned value performance, metrics, and reporting for multiple control accounts spanning the lifecycle of the contract within the SEIT IPTs.
- Elevate concerns and issues to program management and partner with other Control Account Managers.
- Work with partnering organizations and IPTs to ensure all processes are followed and implemented for smooth product flow throughout the life‑cycle.
- Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans in collaboration with the Risk and Opportunities Liaison/Integrator.
- Conduct closed‑loop corrective action, including thorough variance analysis, monitoring cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment as necessary.
- Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the IPT lead and/or Program Manager.
- Address any second‑level questions related to headcount, resource constraints, safety and quality issues.
- Complete all earned value management (EVM) duties, including work authorization document requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete.
- Take responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical issues are resolved.
- Identify staffing needs, hire, and train new personnel.
- Understanding of project management and/or earned value management.
- Knowledge of program life‑cycle and how early milestones may drive future costs.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous Team Lead or Manager experience.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required.
- Previous CAM (control account manager) and/or EVM (earned value management) experience.
- Project lead experience with knowledge of program life‑cycle.
- Previous proposal, BOE (basis of estimate), and/or negotiations experience.
- Detail oriented and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Program Management skills including communication, ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships.
- Experience driving process efficiency and improvements in the execution of the EVM business rhythm.
- Previous CAM/Finance/Planning experience.
- Active or Current Secret Security Clearance.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time – the work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week to condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 with every other Friday off.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range in participating states is $109,200 – $192,510. Salary varies by work location and is based on scope, responsibilities, experience, and market considerations.
