Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to join the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Platform System's Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test (SEIT) team to manage the Test Engineering team. In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for the oversight, staffing, and leadership of the Test Engineering team within the Platform Systems SEIT organization.

• Drive the overall test programs within the Platform Systems span of control by ensuring the timely planning, support, and execution of the test programs.

• Travel Requirements:
Travel may be expected for extended periods (up to 1 month durations at a time) to support significant test campaigns at government test ranges.

Basic Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of System-level testing methods and processes
• General Technical or Functional leadership skills
• Experience coordinating with multiple engineering functions (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.

Skills:

• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Missile or launcher segment test experience
• Experience interacting with Navy SSP Customer and China Lake Test Facility
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork with internal and external customers
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
