Lockheed Martin is looking for a detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills to manage priorities for multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate is a good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills and has a passion for tracking changes to ensure we will always have Truth, Trust, and Traceability (T3).

Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship and skill development to a Configuration and Data Management (C&DM) team to include full engineering lifecycle processes, from architecture and requirements development through system operations and integration
  • Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities
  • Ensuring that customers are implemented and reviewing change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
  • Manage all aspects of Data Management Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries, and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules
  • Manage configuration of supplier Statement of Work (SOW)/SDRL in Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM)
  • Manage technical baselines in Cameo Systems Modeler, DOORS™ and EPDM tool
  • Coordinate, track, conduct, and manage action items for technical and programmatic decisional boards
  • Ensuring that data has all appropriate markings
  • Disseminating data to the government customer
  • Ensuring that resulting content meets the program needs

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a technical baseline in PTC Windchill or other Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) system
  • Strong knowledge of configuration and data management principles and standards such as ANSI/EIA-649
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team of configuration and data management professionals
  • Technical, Business, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance – U.S. Citizenship required
Desired Skills
  • Experience in requirements management tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler and DOORS™
  • Proficiency in CDRL/SDRL Tracking, Status, Submittal
  • Proficiency in DoD Security and Marking practices
  • Experience in Confluence, Teams, SharePoint and other collaboration tools
  • Experience with Variances
  • Experience executing Functional and Physical Configuration Audits
  • Experience developing processes and collaborating with internal and external management or customers
  • Active or Current DoD Security Clearance
