This position will be a key technical lead shaping the test and verification program for a complex new Payload. This will include derivation of the test requirements, writing the detailed test plans, and supporting the test and verification program.

• Responsible for the end-to-end Space/Ground system level test and verification program
• Responsible for Space segment level test and verification program
• System test lead for Test Working Group, Qualification Review Board, Product Certification Board
• Participate/lead failure investigations and anomaly resolution boards
• Perform cross-program flow‑down and coordination of the integrated test and verification activities
• Ensure the logical conversion of system verification program into test requirements and detailed test plans
• Perform system/segment interface definition and supporting analysis
• Support the segment level test program execution and lead end-to-end system level activities
• Perform system interface definition and supporting analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or closely related field
• Experience in leading Spacecraft design or test programs

• Experience in spacecraft or payload development, qualification, or verification testing
• Experience in the development and execution of spacecraft/payload detailed test plans and procedures
• Experience with development or test of space vehicle mission CONOPS and scenarios

This position requires a government security clearance. The required clearance level is TS/SCI w/Poly and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

Full‑time, first shift. The work is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work schedules may include a 9x80 arrangement with every other Friday off.
