Description
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Integration & Test Engineer Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO. The role supports customer test needs by developing and implementing test solutions that meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of test solutions that meet customer requirements and technical standards
- Implement functional and technical test standards to ensure high‑quality test results
- Apply basic understanding of test engineering disciplines, including test planning and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute tests for complex systems
- Work with pressurization, ordnance, and cryogenic systems to develop and implement test solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering) from an accredited institution
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
- Basic understanding of test engineering principles and concepts
- Experience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documents
- Interest in hands‑on physical work with hardware
- Lab experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective team collaboration skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Willingness to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Location:
Littleton, CO. This position is onsite full‑time.
Work schedule:
9x80 with every other Friday off. Shift: Multiple shifts available.
