• Work as a Mechanical Integration engineer focused on the top-level space vehicle model and supporting non-recurring engineering.
• Collaborate closely with allied engineering functions across hardware integration—including payloads, avionics, RF cabling, harnessing and bus structures—to ensure seamless interaction and coordination among products and teams.
• Work on several top-level space vehicle assemblies using solid models, large assemblies, detailed drawings, and release of engineering work products.
• Review requirements from various sources (stress, dynamics, systems, thermal, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure applicable requirements are flowed into the detailed design of assigned products.
• Collaborate with peers, ATLO, payload teams, configuration management, and manufacturing to ensure program requirements and schedules are met.
• Contribute to the program’s achievements by releasing accurate, error-free, affordable and producible engineering designs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related technical field) from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience working on multiple top-level space vehicle assemblies using solid models and large assemblies.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD Modeling in PTC CREO and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Ability and desire to assume ownership of tasks and drive to closure quickly and efficiently.
• Experience with application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with Engineering Data Product release process within the Engineering Product Data Management (EPDM) system.
• Knowledge of LM Space command media.
• Working knowledge of industry standards and federal regulations including ANSI, OSHA, and AWS standards applicable to mechanical systems.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
