Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor progress against milestones, track performance, generate regular reports (e.g., weekly look-aheads, progress reports), and proactively anticipate schedule impacts and advise stakeholders as appropriate.

Coordination & Communication: Attend project meetings (in-person and/or virtual) and coordinate with various teams, including architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on timelines and resource availability.

Risk Mitigation: Forecasting potential delays-such as weather, supply chain issues, or permitting mishaps-and developing recovery schedules to get the project back on track. Analyze risks and claim implications associated with project schedules and advise stakeholders as appropriate.

Safety Compliance: Comply with safety protocols, follow safety expectations, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on active construction sites.
