** where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state of the art avionics product as an Integrated Product  IPT  Team Lead and Control Account Manager  CAM

Location:

** This position does not support teleworking** ; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in:
Littleton CO and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full time

* Raptor Avionics, is a hardware design group   We support multiple projects and programs with circuit board design and analysis

- ** Key activities you will accomplish in this role:*
* - Manage Microsoft projects, including stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control

- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial KPIs for month end activities, including SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, BAC, and variance updates

- Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents such as SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, and change orders to ensure scope compliance and adequacy

- Deliver weekly verbal and written status reports, highlighting project milestones and progress

- Manage cross functional discipline through full project lifecycle management, from proposal phase to delivery, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards

- Proactively address supply chain challenges by implementing strategic solutions

- Coordinate weekly execution meetings with cross functional teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration

- Foster strong, lasting relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to promote collaborative partnerships

- ** To be successful in this role, you will need:*
* - Experience in avionics project management

- A Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline

- 3  years of professional experience

- US Citizenship as this position requires access to Export Controlled Information  ECI

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelor of Science in a STEM field or related engineering discipline or equivalent years professional experience

- Experience in Control Account Management  CAM  

- Experience in Integrated Product Team leadership

- US Citizenship as this position requires access to Export Controlled Information  ECI
