POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Electrical Engineer that collaborates well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, and proactively takes initiative. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
In this role, you will work closely alongside experienced engineers to help meet safety, schedule, and cost.
Your scope of responsibility will include technical development and coordination of harness and cable wire connection lists, engineering change support, and/or schematic capture of wiring diagrams.
Additionally, your contributions will aid in investigating design factors such as part availability, manufacturability, ease of assembly, weight, and cost.
Additional responsibilities may include: voltage drop analysis, documentation release, testing requirement definition, Interface Control Drawing (ICD) interpretation, detailed Component Performance Specification interpretation, conceptual designs, and trade studies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Strong collaboration skills will be key to your success as you work alongside experienced engineers in partnership with other disciplines, such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
3+ years of professional experience.
While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a Mechanical, Electrical, or other related discipline with a STEM focus and fundamental principles. Electrical design work experience (harnesses, cables, electronic boxes, electrical systems)
Fluency in ECAD applications and modeling (Zuken

E3, etc.) tools
Product/system design experience
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
