• Entry Level (0-4 years related Bridge Design Experience)
• At minimum a BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University
• MS in Civil Engineering is preferred
• Ideal candidates will have a valid EI certification, or be in the process of obtaining it
• Possess specialized knowledge in one or more areas of bridge analysis and design (e.g., concrete analysis, time‑dependent post‑tensioned concrete, seismic, foundations, etc.)

• Identify complex problems, evaluate options, and suggest/implement solutions.
• Effectively manage time and resources in the execution of duties and responsibilities.
• Use computer‑assisted design and drafting software.
• Use standard engineering analysis software.
• Develop the ability to design, detail and create contract plan sheets for bridge‑related projects.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co‑workers, Project Managers, administrative supervisors, other team members, clients and subcontractors.
• Receive and convey ideas and information effectively, both orally and in writing, with co‑workers, Project Managers, administrative supervisors, other team members, clients, and subcontractors.
