Overview

Responsibilities- Technical subject matter expert for the Orion Integrated Test Lab in Denver, which is used for system of systems integration, test, and verification of the Orion spacecraft avionics and software.
- Artemis III and future mission oversight of lab requirements, design, integration, test, certification, operations and maintenance.
- Hands‑on Lead integrator and direct involvement of integration and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate long‑term scheduling and strategic planning with the customer and responsible engineers.
- Some 2nd shift/weekend support required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Background in an integrated avionics and software test environment.
- Demonstrated experience in reading and working to mechanical and electrical engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated experience leading test teams and troubleshooting anomalies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
- US Citizen required for this role.
- M.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related technical subject area.
- Experience with human spaceflight and NASA customer.
- Familiarity with Orion spacecraft architecture, subsystems and Orion Flight Software architecture.
- Certified Test Conductor (CTC) experience.
- Automation Framework and SAP/VECAMS experience.
