  • Familiarity with navigation performance metrics (accuracy, availability, continuity, integrity).
  • Understanding of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) concepts, error budgeting, and integrity monitoring.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and/or Python for algorithm development and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of software methods or standards including safety critical items and/or version control systems (Git, Gitlab, Artifact repositories).
  • Ability to develop and maintain navigation error budgets, covariance analysis, and/or perform statistical analyses.
  • Proficiency with high‑fidelity simulation tools.
Desired Skills
  • Professional experience of 9+ years focused on GNC within a weapon system product lifecycle.
  • Experience in INS & GNSS systems, including INS error modeling, GNSS signal structures, multi‑constellation processing, platform transfer alignment, and integration algorithms (e.g., Kalman filters, particle filters).
  • Experience in Advanced PNT Concepts such as precise orbit determination, time transfer, sensor fusion (INS, GNSS, ADS), integrity monitoring, differential GNSS, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated navigation performance metric efforts; ability to define, compute, and validate metrics such as accuracy, integrity, continuity, availability, and reliability.
  • Experience defining technical requirements, reviewing subcontractor proposals, managing interface control documents with traceability, and validating deliverables.
  • Familiarity with cyber‑resilient navigation concepts, anti‑spoofing/anti‑jamming techniques, and secure PNT architectures.
  • Designing, configuring, and executing HWIL test rigs for navigation software validation on…
