- Quality Requirements Checklist/Letter
- Q-Code Matrix creation
- PO Coding (SCQ Coding group)
- PMP/EEE engagement – Parts Plan, SP29 D002
- Proactive Supplier Engagement:
- Supplier selection input (Supplier Scorecard)
- Special Process/3001 Surveys
- PAI/SIP generation
- PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, HAR, PSR
- RBSRI application
- Production/ATLO Support:
- Supplier Liable QNotes
- SCANs/SCARs
- Program CAB
- SLARs
- eSIP Engagement
- SCQ Metrics
- Contract Material Transfers – Program assessment/approval
- Supplier VRIC, QNote, FRB
- Supplier Status meetings, visit coordination, audit coordination
- Q-Code removal evaluation
- SCQ coordination items
- Suppliers, RI, Production Centers, ATLO
- Familiar with Procure-to-Pay or SAP or related systems
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
- Ability to work in ERP and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and interim Secret clearance prior to start
- Technical Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Supply Chain Quality Engineering
- Defect resolution with root cause corrective action implementation
- Quality Material Review Board (MRB) certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Program Quality Engineering Experience
- Supplier Quality Engineering Experience
- Survey/Supplier Auditing Experience
- RCCA Certification and/or experience
- ASQ Certification (CQE, CSQP, CMQ/OE, CSSGB, CSSBB, etc.)
- 5+ years of related experience
This position requires a government security clearance. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen. The required clearance level is Secret.
Location & ScheduleOnsite full‑time. 9x80 schedule, every other Friday off.
CompensationAnnual base salary range: $99,700 – $175,835 (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC). The range reflects location, responsibilities, experience, education, and market considerations.
