Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an RF Engineering Manager to join our team in Littleton, CO

In this role you will drive technical, cost and schedule execution as a Radio Frequency Associate Manager in the Space Protection Program area  You will work hand in hand with senior program and customer leadership teams to deliver mission critical RF hardware and capabilities  This position will also be responsible for the daily management of a team of RF Engineers and the delivery of space flight hardware  If you thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment, working hand in hand with our customers to develop and field cutting edge RF technologies, this position is for you

* Basic Qualifications:

* Active TS/SCI w/Poly

 Knowledge of RF fundamentals: S Parameters, antenna theory, propagation and/or microwave circuit design

 Technical experience in RF design for space applications to include antennas, software defined radios and/or ground equipment

 Experience translating technical concepts for stakeholders and presenting findings to senior customer and/or program leadership

** Desired

Skills:

* Control Account Management  CAM  experience

 Familiarity with Earned Value Metrics to manage program cost

 Experience managing program schedules with Microsoft Project

 Experience in team leadership to include assessing/growing talent, mentorship and training

** Security Clearance Statement:

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 9x80 every other Friday off

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500    $217,695  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
