Electronic Test Engineer

Position:
Electronics / Electrical Test Engineer with aerospace or spacecraft hardware experience.

• Developing and conducting tests on satellite and space hardware, ensuring all products meet required standards and specifications.
• Creating and implementing test methods and procedures to identify potential issues or faults.
• Performing electrical testing at both unit and spacecraft level, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting failure analysis using methods such as Ishikawa (fishbone) and 5-Why.
• Troubleshooting issues during testing, determining best course of action to resolve them.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with AS9100 standards.
• Collaborating with other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance.
• Keeping up-to-date with latest developments in the field and continuously improving testing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar role with satellite and space hardware testing.
• Experience with test method development.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
• Experience with failure analysis methods such as Ishikawa (fishbone) and 5-Why is preferred.
• Electrical testing experience at both unit and spacecraft level.
• Proficient in Linux and scripting (Python, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with initiative and ability to work independently.
