THE WORK Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 4 Project Engineer Asc Manager with a Secret clearance to work from our Littleton, CO location.

As Project Engineer Asc Manager, you will:
• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within hypersonic weapon support.
• Be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to requirements.
• Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project(s).
• Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Be familiar with subcontractors producing equipment.
Budget Management and Risk mitigation.
• Travel may be required up to 25% This is an MID-SR CAREER (level

Basic Qualifications:

• Desired past or current experience with one or more of the following: MGSE or EGSE.
• Must have experience on Naval Weapon Systems
• Final secret clearance required for consideration Desired

Skills:

• Understanding of Shipboard Integrated Weapon Systems. Familiarity with hardware design process . Past Navy customer experience. #SpaceNSS Security Clearance Statement:
