The RF Engineer will support the space program located in Littleton/Waterton, Colorado.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead payload analysis efforts and run test cases for payload initialization for an assigned payload.
- Work closely with other leaders and subject matter experts to manage payload risks and opportunities as well as leading relevant opportunities and studies.
- Work closely with customers to ensure the success of payload products and milestones.
- Other duties as assigned.

- This position requires US Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or STEM related field.
- Must have 6+ years of recent and related work experience.
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance. Will give preference to candidates with a TS/SCI Poly clearance but will entertain candidates who only hold a TS clearance and can obtain and maintain SCI and Poly. If the selected candidate holds only a Top-Secret clearance, they will have to get Program Security approval prior to moving forward.
- Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements and allocate functions down to satellite subsystems and/or components.
- Must have MATLAB or other coding experience.
- A team player with the demonstrated ability to participate in cross functional teams and communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management and peers.
- Experience defining end-to-end performance and functionality of RF payloads and/or subsystems, consistent with mission needs and CONOPS.
- Proficiency with the development of specifications and interface definitions for digitally processed RF payloads.
- Experience with defining external interfaces for antennas, active/passive RF components, receivers/transmitters, and digital processors.
- Experience with certifying and selling off an RF payload or subsystem to the customer.
- Proven ability to execute major milestone reviews (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.).
- Experience with and/or application of AI/ML Data analysis Techniques.
- Experience using and programming in Python.
- This position is located onsite; some travel may be required.
- Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

SALARY RANGE$122,000 to $125,000, salary will depend on education and experience.
