Evona is partnering with a world leader in solar electric propulsion and space exploration satellites to secure a Staff Manufacturing Engineer.
You’ll be the technical authority for scalable, high-rate production of space hardware across multiple programs, the person who takes complex hardware from development into repeatable, high-volume manufacturing. This is a leadership seat for someone who’s already done that scaling and wants ownership over how it’s done.
What You’ll Be Working On- Defining manufacturing strategy for high-rate production across multiple programs
- Owning AI&T (Assembly, Integration & Test) planning and execution end-to-end
- Architecting robust processes with Lean, Six Sigma and advanced manufacturing techniques
- Owning the KPIs that matter — yield, cycle time, OEE, first-pass yield
- Leading non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis as a senior MRB member
- Mentoring the engineers and technicians around you
- BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering
- 8–15 years in manufacturing engineering, with real depth in high-reliability or space hardware
- Demonstrated success scaling products into high-rate production
- Strong command of AI&T, DFM/DFA/DFT
- AS9100 and GD&T fluency
