Lockheed Martin is looking for an emerging systems engineering leader
- Manage some of the systems engineering team for Bravo portfolio
- Provide oversight and support to critical program engineering skill development
- Perform staffing and performance responsibilities; in coordination with HR and established processes
- Establish, manage, and communicate team expectations, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectives
- Support technical planning, system integration, validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
