• Provide mechanical design support for typical building mechanical systems with an emphasis on HVAC systems
• Apply working knowledge of relevant building codes to ensure designs are compliant and defensible
• Use Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to produce technically accurate design documentation
• Verify and validate design decisions through research, code review, and technical analysis
• Collaborate with Project Managers while maintaining ownership and quality of your design work
• Apply specialty mechanical knowledge including plumbing and fire protection services where applicable

• Experience providing mechanical design support for building systems, with emphasis on HVAC
• Working knowledge of relevant building codes and code compliance
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for design documentation
• Ability to research, review codes, and perform technical analysis to justify design decisions
• Strong collaboration with Project Managers while maintaining ownership of design work
