Exo Terra is a pioneering force in the new space economy, delivering cutting-edge compact, flight-proven Halo Hall-effect thrusters and the revolutionary Iris Propulsion Module systems that power the next generation of satellites and deep-space missions. We are redefining capabilities for small satellites and microsatellites—enabling longer missions, orbit optimization, deorbiting, and cost-efficient mobility in space. With a strong portfolio of propulsion module and satellite contracts, including major programs for the Space Development Agency (SDA) and defense customers, Exo Terra stands at the forefront of American innovation in space propulsion.
Job Summary
We are seeking Test Technicians to join our test operations team. This posting is open to candidates at Level I (entry-level) or Level II (experienced) based on qualifications. You will support environmental and functional testing of aerospace hardware including thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration, EMI, and pressure testing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in space propulsion testing while working on flight hardware that will operate in orbit and beyond.
Level I candidates will work under direct supervision while developing foundational test skills and working toward certifications. Level II candidates will perform test operations with reduced supervision and execute standard procedures independently. Both levels offer clear paths for advancement within Exo Terra's test organization.
