Role Description

Seeking a full-time Client Service Operations Coordinator/Financial Advisor Assistant to join our team at Alpine Planning Group. This on-site role in Littleton, CO, involves supporting client service operations, assisting financial advisors, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Daily responsibilities include managing client communications, addressing inquiries, coordinating account management tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of office procedures. Additionally, you will assist in providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and support the team’s financial advisory efforts.

Salary range: $72,000-$90,000 based on experience

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Understanding of financial concepts and familiarity with finance-related tasks is preferred
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in financial services or client-facing roles is highly desirable
