As a financial representative, you will:

• Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience
• Build personalized, financial recommendations tailored to every client’s unique needs
• Manage your client’s financial products to help them achieve their goals
• Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life

On your path to building your own business, you start as a financial representative focused on client-building and obtaining licenses. Our nationally recognized training and mentorship programs equip you with the education, skill-building, and development strategies you need to be successful in building a financial services practice that focuses on:

That starts with a comprehensive online training portal, combined with our optional, but recommended, field-training onboarding structure.

To become a financial representative, it is preferred, but not immediately required, to have a life insurance license. Opportunities for securities are available depending on experience and preference.

· Performance-based earnings and revenue:

• Average representative annual earnings of $50K-$125K
• Top 20% annual average representative annual earnings of $155K-$290K.

· Renewal income earned for continued client support and policy management

· Bonus programs

· Company sponsored program for licensure (un-licensed individuals only).

· Parental benefits at every stage of family planning
