Business Systems Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint, with a strong understanding of financial system maintenance and project setup
• Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly in financial systems troubleshooting
• Experience participating in ERP implementation teams, including design, functional testing, and data validation
• Experience in training users on financial system modules
• Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively across departments
• Note that some positions will also require US citizenship or ability to obtain a security clearance due to requirements of a classified programs
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C
• 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S

• The setup and maintenance of projects within the financial system, managing financial system maintenance, as well as supporting the monthly close process
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide support to financial teams, participate in ERP implementation projects, and deliver training on various financial modules to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems operations
• Provide many opportunities to drive financial process innovation and will provide exposure to many facets of company operations which impact corporate financial processing and reporting
• Manage the setup of projects, including maintenance of financial data within Deltek Costpoint
• Oversee the monthly close process in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and guidance to accounting and financial teams
• Participate in the business system implementation teams including design, functional testing, and data validation to ensure quality solutions and ensure that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs and control requirements
• Provide system support and training users across the company focused on the financial systems component of the ERP
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial information
• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements within the financial system
• Support ad hoc financial system projects and reporting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
