Lash Extension Specialist

Established in 2020, Lash Out Colorado specializes in professional eyelash extensions tailored to enhance each client's unique style and eye shape. Located in the Denver Metropolitan Area, the studio prioritizes the health and integrity of natural lashes, using vegan and cruelty-free products. In addition to eyelash extensions, the team offers services like lash lifts, full-body waxing, lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, and permanent makeup.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area for a Lash Extension Specialist. The specialist will provide professional eyelash extension services, including applying, maintaining, and removing lash extensions. Responsibilities also include performing additional services such as lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, and educating clients on aftercare practices. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

• Proficiency in applying and maintaining professional eyelash extensions and performing services like lash lifts, brow tinting, and brow lamination
• Strong understanding of skincare and haircare for lashes and brows, including product use and aftercare techniques
• Customer service skills, such as professionalism, effective communication, and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Certification and/or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics required to perform lash and brow services
• Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable
• Commitment to using cruelty-free and vegan products is a bonus
