Job Description- Participates in patient tracking and follow‑up processes, assisting with recalls, additional imaging coordination, and biopsy scheduling as required by departmental workflows.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
- Performs high‑quality examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
- Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
- Supports breast center initiatives, such as accreditation preparation, community screening events, or quality improvement activities.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities- Knowledge of Mammography procedures and positions [Required]
- Ability to determine appropriate technical factors [Required]
- Knowledge of Mammography equipment and the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and American College of Radiography (ACR) regulations [Required]
- Ability to review prior images/films and distinguish area of interest [Required]
- Ability to perform needle localizations, stereotactic core biopsies, and seed implants [Required]
- Associate [Preferred]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
- High School Graduate or Equivalent [Required]
- N/A
- 1+ years experience [Preferred]
- 1+ years experience in Mammography [Required]
- 1+ years experience performing stereotactic core biopsies [Required]
- 1+ years experience performing breast needle localizations [Required]
- 1+ years experience performing seed implants [Preferred]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Registered Mammographer (RT) (R) (M) (ARRT) [Required]
Physical Requirements –
Pay Range$32.53 - $60.50
