Job Description

Coordinates meetings and sets agendas for teams focused on clinical quality. Develops and maintains documentation related to quality improvement efforts. Provides training and education to staff on quality improvement protocols and procedures. Monitors the effectiveness of clinical quality initiatives and makes necessary adjustments. Communicates findings and progress to relevant stakeholders. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in clinical quality.

Provides detailed reports on major variances, improvement opportunities, monitoring information, and quality indicators. Facilitates teams in planning and developing clinical quality initiatives. Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical quality. Collaborates with healthcare providers and staff to implement quality improvement strategies. Other duties as assigned. Prepares presentations and reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
