Key Responsibilities Review and resolve missed or miscoded charges Ensure compliance with coding and billing practices related to Medicare/Medicaid and other payer requirements Utilize Epic applications and Microsoft Office tools to support revenue integrity processes
Required Qualifications Associates degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of five years' experience in coding and/or billing may substitute for education
Experience with Epic applications and Microsoft Office applications One of the following credentials is required: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPB, or CMRS Consideration for other relevant credentials may be given
