Travel PTA - Home Health (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced PTA - Home Health for a 13-week travel assignment in Littleton, NH .

• Traveler Policy:
  Must be 50+ miles from the facility. The permanent address must be included in the submission file is required
• Dress Code: business casual, no open-toe shoes

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures work area meets appropriate standards of safety, equipment supply, and cleanliness levels.
• Manually enters data, ensuring proper preparation for dictation and billing.

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
• Pay package details provided upon offer

• 1-2 years of current Physical Therapist Assistant experience in Home Health is required
• age group experience:
  Peds to Geri
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience is required
• Active American Heart Association BLS is required
• An active Physical Therapy Assistant practice license from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professionals is required
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
