Resort Culinary Team hiring Line Cooks / Prep CooksPrepare, plan, prep, organize the line setup and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental and resort policies/procedures.
Ensure all prep work is maintained throughout shift.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of department menu items, ingredients and recipes.
Inspect the cleanliness and organization of the line and workstations; rectify any deficiencies; maintain through the shift.
Prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day.
Organize all various prep items needed from different areas to ensure all items are in place and ready for service.
Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and Resort requirements.
Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables.
Assist with inventories as schedules.
Assist in plating Banquet hot meals as assigned.
Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
Perform duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned.
Seasonal position - $18.00 - $21.00 sophist/hour plus gratuity.

Requirements- Two year's experience in similar position.
- Culinary line or prep cook experience.
- Technical culinary abilities, proficient knife skills, progressive cook styles and abilities.
- Experience in Hospitality Industry or similar position.
