Hotel Room Attendant at Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA.

$17 - $19 per hour.

Day shift; weekends and holidays required.

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas, both vacant and occupied rooms.
• Inspect guest rooms after cleaning duties are finished.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report maintenance items as needed.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience.
