Always Best Care Denver is hiring a high-performance, proactive HR & Recruiting Manager to lead caregiver recruiting, performance management, and workforce quality across our growing agency.
This role owns the full caregiver lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, retention, and team standards. The person in this seat is responsible for ensuring we not only hire great caregivers, but also maintain a high-performing, accountable, and engaged caregiving team
The person in this role directly impacts client satisfaction, caregiver retention, and our ability to scale. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
What You'll Do- Manage a high-volume caregiver recruiting pipeline
- Source, screen, and interview candidates quickly and professionally
- Build weekly recruiting strategies and adjust based on results
- Maintain high engagement with applicants and current caregivers
- Onboard new caregivers and set clear performance expectations from day one
- Actively manage disciplinary processes and corrective action to protect team standards
- Develop and manage caregiver retention and recognition initiatives
- Keep organized documentation and ensure compliance
- Interact confidently with caregivers, clients, and internal staff
- Fast thinkers who like solving problems

- Strong communicators—clear, concise, warm, professional
- Individuals who love pace, structure, and accountability
- People who see recruiting as a mission-critical function, not busy work
- Candidates who want to grow their skills and career over time
- Recruiting, customer service, scheduling, sales, or operations experience
- Experience in home care or healthcare a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech/computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams; Well Sky a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Reliable transportation
- $25–$32/hr depending on experience
