Senior Telecom Billing Consultant (CSGi & WBMS)
Location:
Littleton, CO 80120 (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)
6-12 Moths Contract [Possible Extension)
Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Consultant with deep expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS
, specifically the CSGi Interconnect WBMS billing application
. As a domain consultant, you are a skilled professional with Handson experience in the CSGI Interconnect platform to manage and optimize inter operator billing, settlement, and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom operations, financial workflows, and data processing within the CSGI ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of telecom operations
, OSS/BSS frameworks
, and financial settlement flows - Experience in CSGi Interconnect WBMS (Wholesale Billing and Management System) billing application
- Configure and manage interconnect agreements and partner profiles.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and API integrations
Skills:
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and SaaS-based models
- Experience with scripting and automation using SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell, or Power Shell
- Serve as a domain consultant in managing and optimizing inter-operator billing
, settlement, and partner relationship workflows - Ensure accurate and efficient processing within the CSGi Interconnect ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support billing operations and data flow enhancements
- Drive improvements in system configuration, automation, and integration with external systems
- Support operational reporting and troubleshoot issues related to billing and settlements
