Scrum Master
Description
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full‑time Agile Scrum Master. In this role, you will support software development teams for the CSP operational code. You will work with the team to uphold agile practices, improve team performance, and clear impediments. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and possesses strong people skills. This position requires a U.S. citizen for a government security clearance and access to a facility with special access.
BasicQualifications
- Experience supporting Agile teams in an Enterprise organization using SAFe, Scrum, or similar scaled Agile framework
- Experience working with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Agile Central (Rally), or Agility (Version One)) as an Admin or Super User
- Industry recognized Agile certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., or Scrum Alliance)
- Experience driving continuous improvement and common processes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Comfortable imparting knowledge and leveraging experiences to guide Agile teams
- Common scaling principles, frameworks, and patterns through coaching and education
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
This position requires a government security clearance of Secret. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $93,200 - $164,450. For other states, the range will reflect final work location.

Work Schedule- Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
- Standard 40‑hour week (alternatively condensed schedules are available)
- Schedule for this position: 9x80 every other Friday off
