Schedule:

1st shift, 9x80 (Monday–Friday every other Friday off)

The role involves providing customer service, troubleshooting computer issues, and offering technical support. This position handles infrastructure support (touch labor for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

• Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms, systems, applications, and tools.
• Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure.
• Operating system expertise with Windows; perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Set up and configure PCs; image loading protocol; LAN/NETWORK connectivity and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups.
• Strong ICMS (Install, Configure, Move, Surplus) and network experience.
• Evaluate and test software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Extensive job-related MS Office suite and Outlook usage.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with hardware repair.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with operating systems such as Windows.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting.

• Prior experience with macOS.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record as MVR will be run.
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
