Asset Management support and compliance of government property for NSS contracts. Additional support and coordination with other Space contracts and locations. Support to include but not limited to evaluation of property records for compliance and accuracy, physical inventory and disposition activities, shipment verifications, DCMA Audit support, GFX attachments, CDRL, etc. Record maintenance/updates in Property Business Systems (PBS) database to include auditable data fields and supporting documentation, property record creation, in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFAR 252.245 and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements.
Facilitation of Asset Management requirements with the Property Custodian (PC) community. Property record analysis in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a United States citizen. Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite Applications Effective communication and writing skills. Desired
Skills:
SAP experience. DAU Property Certification and/or NPMA Property Certification, or in the process of obtaining. Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE. Familiar with internal systems (ATS, SharePoint, etc.). Experienced working in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 2+ years of related experience Currently active Top Secret clearance #Space

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
