The Erebus Program is a newly awarded 7‑year effort that delivers cutting‑edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA), supporting over 14,000 intelligence analysts and decision‑makers worldwide.
- Substantial OOP experience building enterprise‑level applications with well established patterns.
- Knowledge and experience developing multi‑tiered or microservice applications.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Git Lab CI, Jenkins).
- Strong scripting experience.
- Linux experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance needed to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.
- Experience supporting U.S. government agencies.
- Experience using Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Cloud Formation.
- Deploying and maintaining Kubernetes distributions.
- Familiarity with Git Ops (Git Lab, ArgoCD).
- Monitoring & Logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ELK Stack).
- SDLC:
Understanding the full Software Development Life Cycle. - Networking:
Basic networking, security, & firewall concepts. - Security:
Dev Sec Ops principles, identity & access management. - Automation:
Scripting & building automated pipelines.
This position requires a U.S. government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly.
