We are looking for an AV/VTCTechnician to join our team.

Three or more years of experience working as an AV VTC Technician.

• Experience with video conference and conference room upgrades, knowledge of Extron and Crestron infrastructure and control products, Bi‑amp audio devices, Tandberg codecs, projection system and other audio/video equipment.
• Installing complex AV systems, including equipment rack fabrication, site preparation, termination and calibration of audio and video equipment, and implementation of Crestron Digital Media and control systems.
• Troubleshoot complex audio, video, switching and control systems problems.
• Install, configure, integrate and test videoconferencing and integrated audio/visual technologies.
• Integrate and configure A/V systems with Crestron control systems and install and configure Crestron Digital Media products.

• Assist in developing and conduct on‑site user and administrative training for the installed integrated A/V systems.
• Assist in design, integration, testing and troubleshooting of various network and telecommunications systems including IP and ISDN networks.
• Assist in customer site surveys, collecting and recording existing detailed operational, functional and technical requirements, developing project scopes.
• Load and test touch panels and control programs.
• Troubleshoot hardware cabling.
• Provide system testing and troubleshooting expertise on high‑end A/V solutions related to the remote control subsystems of the integrated solutions.
• Provide training materials, including advanced training for technical support personnel and basic training for end users.

• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting videoconferencing, audio conferencing, and integrated A/V technologies in a large enterprise.
• At least 3 years of experience installing and troubleshooting Digital Media, Bi‑amp, Extron, Tandberg, Polycom, Crestron, Lutron, and corresponding hardware and software infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IT, telecommunications, A/V and electrical equipment including related materials and specifications.
• Detailed knowledge of videoconferencing standards.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
