AV/VTC Support Operator

One to two years of experience working as a VTC Support Operator. Services to include scheduling, monitoring, managing, troubleshooting, and manipulating audio visual equipment in a command center and video conference room environment with extensive proficiencies in customer service, detail research, and end‑user computing devices, as well as support of on‑and off‑site large scale executive events.

• Schedule and set up video conferences across customer environment.
• First level problem resolution for VTC equipment, i.e., codecs, audio, cameras, projectors, switches etc.
• Manipulate cameras and audio equipment.
• Work with Microsoft Calendars.
• Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off‑site of the main customer facility.
• Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.

Strong customer service orientation, technical troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and support large events on‑site and off‑site.
