As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for an established book of clients. Your focus is on delivering extraordinary service, deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting your teammates when needed.

Day to day, you can expect to:

• Serve as a knowledgeable, responsive advisor to clients via phone and email
• Endorse and update policies to reflect clients’ evolving needs
• Prepare and present renewal and coverage options to existing customers
• Identify opportunities to round out accounts and generate referrals
• Build long-term relationships that inspire loyalty and trust
• Document all client interactions accurately in agency management software

• Active P&C license with at least 1 year of personal lines service or sales experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and agency/CRM software
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and the ability to truly listen
