ScopeManage supplier sources for specific raw materials, operating supplies, and maintenance items. Review and act upon material requirements by negotiating pricing and delivery when applicable, while ensuring a positive supplier relationship. Place purchase orders, update delivery information, pricing, and keep internal customers informed on product delivery as necessary.
Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.
Location:
10570 Bradford Rd., Littleton, CO.
- Place orders for approved purchase requisitions.
- Run min/max calculations and generate purchase requisitions based upon calculations.
- Generate purchase orders and send to vendors.
- Update purchase orders with vendor confirmation information.
- Negotiate purchase order prices and terms to meet cost‑saving targets.
- Follow up on delivery commitments obtained from suppliers.
- Expedite material deliveries for production shortages or schedule changes.
- Obtain updated price quotes from suppliers for new programs.
- Assist with setting up new suppliers by completing and approving corporate forms.
- Provide delivery status to production for open purchase orders.
- Inform suppliers of schedule changes promptly.
- Communicate engineering changes to suppliers as necessary.
- Review supplier statement of work (SOW) documents.
- Participate in supplier manufacturing readiness review (MRR) audits.
- Prepare and negotiate long‑term pricing agreements with preferred suppliers.
- Identify critical links in assigned commodity supply chains and implement process improvements.
- Contribute to department cost‑saving initiatives.
- Develop customer and vendor relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust, and integrity.
- Listen to and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations.
- Take personal ownership of internal and external customer issues and follow through to ensure lasting service.
- Execute the department’s inventory reduction initiatives.
- Strong communication, computer, and analytical skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
- Prior experience with Oracle a big plus.
- Previous experience in the global sourcing of electronic components.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- In‑depth understanding of product costing attributes.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to execute supplier volume pricing agreements.
- In‑depth knowledge of purchasing computer applications.
- Experience in purchasing electronic components, raw materials, and/or chemicals.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Purchasing experience in defense electronics or related industry.
Compensation range: $50,835 – $80,352. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus and, for alternative shifts, a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Export StatementMust comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products, recognizing foreign person visitors, following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities, understanding export requirements for shipments leaving the US, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
